Hande Çevgel

Hande Çevgel (Turkish: Hande Çevgel) is a contemporary Turkish pop singer who rose to prominence in the mid‑2010s. Born in Istanbul in 1995, she began her musical journey as a backing vocalist for several well‑known Turkish artists before releasing her debut single “Aşkı Bulamam” in 2016, which quickly climbed the Turkish music charts and established her as a fresh voice in the pop‑romance scene. Her clear, emotive soprano and modern production style have earned her a dedicated fan base across Turkey and the Turkish diaspora. Since her debut, Hande has released two full‑length albums, “Kalbimdeki Rüzgar” (2018) and “Yolun Açık” (2021), featuring hit tracks such as “Beni Bırakma”, “Gözlerin”, and “Sensiz Olmaz”. She has been nominated for the Turkey Music Awards in the Best New Artist category and won the “Best Pop Female Vocalist” award at the 2022 Golden Melody Awards.
