Coke Studio Bangla is the Bangladeshi edition of the acclaimed music television series Coke Studio, launched in 2022. Produced in collaboration with Coca-Cola and Universal Music Bangladesh, the first season showcases a curated collection of Bangladesh’s most celebrated vocalists, instrumentalists and emerging talent. Each episode pairs traditional Bengali folk melodies with modern arrangements, creating a vibrant fusion that celebrates the country’s rich musical heritage while appealing to contemporary listeners. The season features standout tracks such as “Tomake Chai” by Shayan Chowdhury Babu, “Monta” performed by Shironamhin, and the soulful collaboration “Jani Na” between folk legend Momtaz Begum and indie artist Shunno. Critics praised the series for its high-production values, inventive cross-genre collaborations, and its role in reviving classic Bengali songs for a new generation. The soundtrack, released digitally through streaming platforms, has amassed millions of streams and solidified Coke Studio Bangla as a pivotal platform for Bangladesh’s music scene.
